Adv. Shantanu Yewale commenced his professional association with AM Legal Associates as a legal intern and was subsequently promoted to the position of Junior Associate. His practice is primarily focused on Intellectual Property Law and allied commercial matters.

He advises clients on trademark and copyright prosecution, including the filing of applications, drafting and responding to Examination Reports, and addressing discrepancy letters issued by the Copyright Office. He is also involved in the drafting and review of commercial agreements and provides legal support through structured, advisory, and compliance-oriented documentation.

Adv. Yewale’s practice further extends to intellectual property litigation, where he undertakes drafting of pleadings, legal notices, and written submissions. He has appeared before the District Courts and regularly assists in matters relating to the enforcement and dispute resolution of intellectual property rights.
