Adv. Yash Kidey is a practicing lawyer and Junior Associate at AM Legal Associates. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Sant Gadge Baba Amravati University and completed his Bachelor of Laws from PES’s Modern Law College, Pune, affiliated with Savitribai Phule Pune University.

He commenced his professional journey with the firm as a legal intern and, following the completion of his legal education, continued his association with AM Legal Associates as a Junior Associate.

His practice is primarily focused on trademark and copyright prosecution. In the area of trademarks, he is involved in filing applications, drafting and responding to Examination Reports (ERs), and assisting in trademark hearings and opposition proceedings. His copyright practice includes filing copyright applications and preparing replies to discrepancies issued by the Copyright Office.

Adv. Kidey actively assists in the drafting and review of commercial agreements and legal notices, providing comprehensive support across advisory and procedural matters.
